Our Story
We are a family-owned and operated company that has proudly served the community since 1948. While we began as home builders, we constructed our first industrial building in 1968 and have since specialized in developing, managing, and leasing properties for business clients. Most of our properties are located in Willoughby and Mentor, in western Lake County—just 30 minutes from downtown Cleveland.
